Ignacio’s journey began with lines and structure—as an engineer—and evolved into a life of color, texture, and creation as an artist.
Today, he remains an active visual artist, exhibiting internationally while continuing to explore new forms of expression. Alongside painting, he found a deep love for cooking—drawn to its rhythm, creativity, and connection to memory and tradition.
In both the kitchen and the studio, Ignacio thrives on experimentation, treating each dish and each canvas as a chance to discover something new. Casa María is where his two worlds meet—in a kitchen full of soul.

Nhu Grado
Yoga Practice Mentor - Founder
Nhu Grado is a certified yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience. She has guided students of all levels through mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding practices that emphasize inner balance and strength. Nhu has attended multiple international seminars and specializes in inversions, helping students build confidence and body awareness in a safe, encouraging way.
At Casa María, she serves as maître d’ and co-manager, overseeing both the guest experience and day-to-day operations. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and sense of care shape not only the front-of-house atmosphere but also the business behind it—bringing mindfulness, warmth, and professionalism to every aspect of the restaurant
